Bruin Plaza Reservations

Bruin Plaza is available to reserve for registered campus organizations looking to host food sales, tabling events, performances, practices, etc. Campus organizations can reserve the area next to the Bruin Bear and/or the Stage Area. Keep in mind, requests are approved on a first come, first serve basis.Your request will be reviewed by a SOLE Advisor before being sent to the ASUCLA Events Office. Once the request has been received by the ASUCLA Events Office a reservationist will work with you to identify your event details. (i.e. A/V needs, layout).

Reservation requests must be made a minimum of ten (10) days in advance. Registered Campus Organizations can reserve up to two (2) non-consecutive days each quarter. To reserve two (2) or more consecutive days, at least three (3) registered campus organizations must co-program and organize the event(s) taking place at Bruin Plaza (This counts as 1 reservation for each group involved, meaning that each group involved can reserve 1 more time individually as a group or 1 more time involved with the collab-group reservation during the quarter). There is no amplified sound during 10th and finals week of each quarter.

Bruin Plaza Reservations is highly requested. Check the calendar to see what is possibly available but please note requests are continually being made and requests are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. It it recommended to submit for multiple dates in order of preference.

PER ASUCLA GUIDELINES: There is a 2 hour set-up/clean-up for each event (before/after). So, when making a request, please check the calendar to make sure there are at least 2 hours in between your event and an existing event on Bruin Plaza for each location. (Bear to Bear & Stage to Stage, it is fine for overlapping events for Bear and Stage).

*Note: Food distribution is only allowed at the Bruin Bear when using Bruin Plaza.
