When using the UCLA name and trademarked images for promotional items and marketing, there are steps you need to take in order to receive approval. Consult with your SOLE Advisor to review available marketing resources and how to navigate the UCLA Marks approval process.
Bruin Custom Print
Bruin Custom Print provides printing and marketing resources and products for the UCLA community. Registered campus organizations can utilize Bruin Custom Print for copy and binding services, poster printing, banner printing, and t-shirt printing.

UCLA Request a Mark
The online UCLA Marks portal at www.marks.ucla.edu facilitates requests to use the UCLA marks, which includes any word, abbreviation, logo, graphic, or photograph that distinctly identifies UCLA or its campus . UCLA Marks also provides support in how to use the UCLA Marks in compliance with UCLA Policy 110 and the UCLA Brand Guidelines.

UCLA Trademarks and Licensing
UCLA Trademarks & Licensing oversees the use of the UCLA brand name and who produces products with the UCLA brand name on branded consumer products, including custom items for giveaway by departments and registered campus organizations. They support registered campus organizations by providing resources for UCLA licensed vendors.
There are additional product vendors who are approved UCLA licensed vendors that can be used by registered campus organizations and campus units.

UCLA Community Calendar
The UCLA Community Calendar is space where UCLA departments, registered campus organizations, and other organizations can share upcoming events, programs, and activities with the UCLA Community. Registered Campus Organizations can submit their event, program, or activity information to be featured on the Community Calendar. Your assigned SOLE Advisor will review your request prior to it being posted on the Community Calendar.

The SOLE Newsletter is a bi-weekly resource sent to signatories of registered campus organizations. The newsletter provides information on areas such as, funding, campus updates, and student group events. We encourage you to interact with our newsletter to stay up to date! SOLE Bruin Leaders Project Instagram
The @BruinLeaders Instagram is connected to the Bruin Leaders Project and provides resources and information for on-campus leadership opportunities, involvement opportunities, and the UCLA community. Registered campus organizations can submit to have their organization featured as part of their ‘Feature Fridays!’
UCLA Res Life Publicity Requests
Publicity opportunities on the Hill are offered during the academic year and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
